Peruvian and American, SF-born, NYC-bred. Before marketing, I was a theater kid and art school nerd. I’m passionate about creating platforms for stories that matter, with products and brands that make a positive impact on peoples’ lives.
I have 15 years of experience managing global teams, crafting brand narratives, shaping integrated marketing strategies, and delivering award-winning work. I’ve worn many hats: launching products from 0 to 1, supporting business turnarounds, refining operations, and managing multi-million-dollar creative productions and budgets across channels.
I entered advertising post-dot-com boom, joining 360i (now Dentsu) as their 70th employee during its prime. I pioneered social media strategy, establishing the real-time ‘war room’ approach for TV networks and laying the foundation for how brands invest in social marketing to build community.
Driven by a desire for purpose in my work, I joined Remezcla, a 20-person media company elevating millennial Latine voices then absent in the mainstream. There, I led award-winning cultural and experiential partnerships. My work on Bud Light led me to Vaynermedia, where I transformed the once-social-only agency into a full-stack, modern communications company.
In 2019, I joined Peloton—just three months pre-pandemic. Over 4 years, I transformed the brand and business across all touchpoints. I built new functions, led go-to-market strategies for major wins, and delivered business results across partnerships, content, brand, growth, and product marketing. The initiatives I’ve led have been essential in cementing Peloton as an iconic brand, and reigniting growth for a legendary business turnaround.
